Cave Tools Rib Roast Rack

I am so excited to bring you another great product from Cave Tools! If you remember back in February I was contacted by the company to try out their Wood Chip Smoker Box and was very impressed with not only the amazing quality but the affordable price. So when Cave Tool asked if I would like to try out another of their products, I jumped at the chance, much to my hubby’s delight!

We love to grill out, but we also use our grill to smoke and preserve meats, so having quality tools to use is important. Cave Tools didn’t disappoint with their Rib Roast Rack. As soon as we took it out of the box, you could see and feel the quality of the rack in it’s thick stainless steal construction.

The welds on the rack were not weak like other brands. The spacing of the bars were closer together then other racks, which will allow the rib racks to stand vertically, unlike similar products that have wider spacing. And the size was just right! Some of the other racks out there are too large to close the grill lid properly and when you are smoking meat to preserve it, you have to get that lid closed!

Ignore the crease in the box, hubby got a little over excited getting the rack out of the box!

Don’t be fooled by the names of the product, Rib Roast Rack, because it can do WAY more then ribs. The unique design of this product is like getting two racks in one. Of course you can do ribs, but flip the rack over and you can do roasts, hams, and even chicken. We just happened to have a whole chicken that was begging to go on the grill, so we put the Rib Roast Rack to work. Doesn’t this chicken look amazing!

Don’t worry, it is no one we know! LOL

Not only is this product well constructed, amazing to use, but easy to clean as it is dishwasher safe. Seriously, we used it, popped it in the dishwasher and we were done! Talk about an easy clean up after cooking an amazing dinner. And if you need ideas for dinner, the rack come with a recipe book that contains 25 professional recipes and step by step instructions.
