Remember my rant about why baby animals are cute? Yeah so the suckers (we humans) will fall in love and not eat them! Well cute has struck again and there are two evil baby chicks in my dinning room for the second spring in a row. Alas, what am I to do?
I have embraced it with open arms and now with totally cute muck boots on my feet! I once dreaded the sounds and smells and I am now actively seeking out the companionship of chickens. I am longing to hear that there will be NO frost before 8am on the radio so we can get started on the garden. I wish we could get *gasp* a Fainting goat. Hey if they let us have chickens in the city limits a girl can dream can’t she????
